Busy. Rushed. Exhausted. These are all choices. Sure, we might not like the choice our past self made for our present self, but there’s no denying who’s in charge. When people say they’re busy or rushed, they’re really saying they haven’t prioritized their life properly. When they say they’re too busy to meet up, they’re really saying you’re not a priority for them. Keep this in mind when you find yourself overwhelmed. Keep this in mind when working with others.
